1. Overview
At Rhythora, we stand behind the quality of our daily activity plans and digital resources. We want every customer to feel confident purchasing from fundoapproachis.ddd. This Return Policy outlines your rights and our obligations with respect to refunds and returns for Rhythora products.
Our return and refund policy is designed to comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any right or remedy you may have under the ACL.
Because all Rhythora plans are digital products delivered electronically, traditional "return" of a product is not applicable. Instead, our policy focuses on refund eligibility, the process for requesting a refund, and our obligations under Australian law.
2. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our digital plans come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:
- A replacement or refund if a plan has a major failure
- Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage resulting from a major failure
- A remedy if the plan fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
A "major failure" for a digital product may include situations where the product is significantly different from its description on fundoapproachis.world, the product is not fit for the purpose made known to us at time of purchase, or the product would not be acquired by a reasonable consumer who knew of the failure.
3. Digital Product Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible Refund Situations
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- The plan you purchased was significantly different from the description provided on fundoapproachis.world at the time of purchase
- You did not receive your plan download link or access credentials within 48 hours of confirmed payment through no fault of your own
- The plan files are corrupt, inaccessible, or otherwise technically non-functional and we are unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days
- You were charged the incorrect amount due to a technical or administrative error on our part
- You have purchased within the last 14 days and have not accessed or downloaded the plan materials (change-of-mind refund, subject to Section 3.2)
3.2 Change-of-Mind Refunds
Rhythora offers a 14-day change-of-mind refund window for plans that have not yet been downloaded or accessed. To be eligible for a change-of-mind refund:
- You must contact us within 14 calendar days of your purchase date
- You must not have downloaded or accessed the plan content
- You must provide your purchase reference number
Change-of-mind refunds are not available once the plan has been downloaded or accessed, as the digital content has been provided in full at that point. This does not affect your rights under the ACL for non-change-of-mind situations.
3.3 Non-Eligible Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have downloaded or accessed the plan and the request is for change-of-mind only
- You did not achieve the personal outcomes you hoped for (as individual results depend on personal effort and circumstances beyond our control)
- You purchased the wrong plan level (though upgrades are available — see Section 4)
- More than 14 days have passed since purchase and there is no ACL-covered defect
- The request is based on reasons not relating to the plan's content or delivery
4. Plan Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade from Rhythora Essentials to Rhythora Flow, or from Rhythora Flow to Rhythora Complete, within the first 14 days of your original purchase, you may do so by paying only the price difference. Contact us at support@fundoapproachis.world with your purchase reference and the plan you wish to upgrade to, and we will process the upgrade within 2 business days.
Downgrades (e.g., from Flow to Essentials) do not qualify for a price difference refund unless there is an ACL-covered defect with the higher-tier plan.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact Rhythora within the applicable timeframe at support@fundoapproachis.world or by calling +61 2 8067 8666
- Include your full name, email address used for purchase, purchase date, and purchase reference number
- Clearly describe the reason for your refund request
- Where the issue is a technical defect, provide as much detail as possible including error messages, screenshots, or other evidence
We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and advise you of the outcome within 5 business days of receiving all required information. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at time of purchase:
- Credit/debit card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days
- Bank transfer refunds are processed within 2–3 business days
Rhythora does not charge any administration fee for processing eligible refunds. If a payment processor charges a transaction fee that is non-recoverable, we will advise you of this prior to processing the refund.
7. Complaints and Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may:
- Contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) at accc.gov.au
- Contact NSW Fair Trading at fairtrading.nsw.gov.au
- Seek resolution through the relevant consumer tribunal in your state or territory
