Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Our plans come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the plan replaced if it fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rhythora, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
